Toyota Tundra Front End Vibration
Having a pronounced vibration on slow acceleration on my 2006 Toyota Tundra with 28000 miles.
Toyota tundra front end vibration. I have a 2012 tundra and the steering wheel shimmys at 55-65mph. I also road-forced them and two were off a bit but I just ignored it because I didnt want to break the TPMS. I am on my second Tundra with the same identical front end shimmyvibration at anything above 30mph.
I have already changed front rotors and pads and removed cleaned and inspected rear drums all to. As the speed bleeds off it is most. Toyota has told me with both vehicles it.
Vibration at speeds of 50mph-70mph feels like the front end is hopping. I have replaced my rotors before as well and that didnt help. This is dangerous in itself.
This issue has been going on for a long time and I cant seem to. Ive balanced them checked alighnment and rotated tires. 4 Sep 8 2014 Edited I have the same problem slighty annoying front end vibration at hwy speed.
The bumpier the road the worse it gets. My front end is lifted LESS than a TRD PRO edition truck so they are gonna loose a repeat Toyota customer this is my 5th Tacoma 1st was used last 4 I bought new if they deny this under the drive train warranty because I installed 5100s at 175 lift. The truck has 15000 and never has been 4.
If anyone has any documentation that I can use for my case it would be greatly appreciated. I am going to arbitration against Toyota on the 28th of Nov. Ive noticed a fairly annoying vibration in the front end that has surfaced.
