2001 Toyota Tundra Cold Rough Idle

My situation is this.

2001 toyota tundra cold rough idle. It also has a cold air intake on it. Its not real bad just a little rough at idle with my foot on the brake and sputters for just a slight second as i start to accelerate. P1605 Rough Idling.
