0W20 is much better at cold starts and is a synthetic which that in itself creates more longevity. Same here I have a Lexus RX350 and ironically between the 85 qts for the Tundra and the 65 qts for the Lexus I use exactly 15 qts total when I change the oil for both cars. 5 May 23 2008.

5W20 will retain more of its lubrication ability at a higher temp than 0W20. 0w20 is the best full synthetic but very costly. The 0W wont thicken up as much when it cools down as the 5W will so little better start up flow the 0W will flow a ltiile quicker.
